Ofir was in her home in Kibbutz Kfar Azza when Hamas terrorists invaded. She was on the phone with her parents when they heard terrorists enter and shoot her.
Her father jumped in his car and drove toward her apartment evading terrorists that shot at him. As he neared her apartment he was shot in the arm and forced to hide for hours until help came.
By the time he got to his daughter's apartment, it was too late. They found her dead in her bed. May Ofir's memory forever be a blessing.
