The thuggish Nicholas Maduro, bank- rolled and armed by the CCP, issued this threat to annex 2/3 of Guyana on the exact day of the 200th anniversary of the Monroe Doctrine. It’s not just about oil, which Venezuela already has plenty, it’s really about challenging U.S. power in the Western Hemisphere, creating another strategic distraction for the U.S.
