The community note saying that this is a video taken in Taiwan is simply not true.

It is indeed accurate to describe the video as took place in China.

There are three ways to verify my claim.

1. The number plate fits Chinese police vehicle's number plate style.

2. The uniform clearly resembles Chinese police uniform style, not Taiwan police's style. (Pic 2-4)

3. The accent that could be heard in the video. To untrained ears it's difficult to distinguish between Taiwan and Chinese accents but to us, it's like telling British accent from American accent. As simple as that.
