Hundreds of Chinese immigrants have come into America. Below you can see them likely awaiting to be released into the country until their hearings.

These people, many of whom are not fleeing persecution, will get to remain here potentially for years while they await their hearings.

President Biden has tried to address this problem though executive action but the courts have overturned the potential solutions. The Bipartisan Senate has tried to fix this problem through legislation supported by Biden, but House Republicans have refused to support it.

There are always multiple sides of a story and multiple ways to place blame.

We need solutions, not politics.
