Thrilled to meet 上野千鶴子 Chizuko Ueno at Columbia University. She’s extremely popular among Chinese feminists and her books inspired many Chinese girls. In the end of signing and photo sessions, I got a chance to chat with her and surprisingly she asked me many questions about China. I am so glad to find she has a natural talent of connecting and talking to people for knowledge and strength. She apparently can share those to others. We happily agreed more conversations should be done! It’s time to build a real community. @tomoko_ako
